What themes have you guys encountered/practiced with? Our theme at regionals was flying.
I agree with everyone about the rubric. Much of it is highly subjective and the objective part is unfairly weighted. We placed first at our regional. Or game was a flying bird that had to dodge airplanes ...

Exoplanets? I find supernovae and quasars and other things of the sort more interesting. Come on! Hypothetical stars made entirely of quarks on the verge of becoming a black hole! At our regional they announced that individuals could go to state too.
