The friction between the rotors and the shaft is not allowing the rotors to spin fast enough, so it is struggling to even fly. Thanks for your help.

This is my first building event. I have had a problem with too much friction due to the rotors I believe rubbing up on the shaft. My partner and I added a tiny bead, but the bead ended up still causing friction. Any tips for us?

Are there any like poisons that cause Brazilian Peppertree and Chinese Tallow to be harmful? If so what are they?
