Maybe someone could clear this up for me. What's the difference between the equilibrium line, snow line, and firn line? Are they interchangeable or do they have different meanings? Thanks

On the scioly wiki outline (http://scioly.org/wiki/images/6/61/Glacier_outline.pdf), it mentions "Digenic ice mounds and pedestals." Is "digenic" a typo? I didn't think this was Designer Genes. Does anyone have more information about what this is supposed to be?
