My coach asked us which time slot we preferred, then put us in that one. BTW, does anybody know if the same person is running the test as last year?

I do both MC (MathCounts) and SO, and they don't really conflict for me. I might be able to do better at MC Nats if I didn't do SO... but oh, well. SO is a lot more fun at our school, and we have like 60 people. It's also respected by the kids (and/or their parents) at our school.

Also, for Division B, I've found that sometimes it's best just to eyeball the location of mirror and put it down. While we were practicing at practice, I got a score of approx 38 ...
