Ughhhhhh leveling Togepi. In HeartGold, I needed a flyer, so I decided that I would level my Togepi into a Togetic, and eventually a Togekiss, as soon as possible. Around 4 or 5 gyms later, with an EXP share on the little bugger, he's still a Togepi. I eventually got annoyed and picked up a Murkrow ...

in my opinion mocking jay is pretty crappy
