Perhaps the possibility of the fact that the other gym IS available but the selection committee was not fully aware of the importance of a flat ceiling for helicopters? In that case it would do no harm to attempt to clarify the issue.

Would it be possible for a competitior to contact NSO at Florida that does event room selection and ask them to consider a change? There is one other event that is running in that gym - Gravity Vehicle, and it is likely that both Helicopters and Gravity could be moved to the other gym, thereby leavi...
